Other: This is regards to the road closure north of pending construction project at Kinser Pike & 17th Street. The current placement of the road closure sign on Kinser Pike at the 45/46 bypass is creating a traffic hazard. Those of us who live in the neighborhood adjacent to the construction have difficulty accessing when coming from the north. It is likely that those using the gas station and coming to work at the Holiday Inn are having a similar experience. When northbound traffic on Kinser Pike is in the left turn lane, local southbound traffic on Kinser Pike trying to get past the sign cannot; and end up queueing into the intersection, creating traffic jams and potential for car crashes. PLEASE relocate this sign further south and closer to the actual construction zone. Thank you.
