closed: Can't Fix #184229

Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: Having a continuous issue with the neighbors dog approaching my dog and other dogs that are leashed up in the apartment complex. Their dog roams freely with no owner in sight while the dog goes and uses the bathroom with NO leash on. I have been outside with my leashed dog and the neighbor’s dog approaches my dog. This neighbor LACKS respect of others in the entire complex. His dog has also approached other neighbors dogs in the complex. This issue needs resolved!
