Other: Hello. My child and I were attempting to cross Bloomfield Road, on Rolling Ridge, heading north. We pushed the button to get a signal change, and waited at least five minutes, but the lights never changed. We had to wait until there was a break in traffic long enough for us to run across the road. this is dangerous and inconvenient. Thanks for your attention. Amy
