Other: For many years we have been putting out yard waste bags for pickup on designated. Never was there a problem. That is, until about six weeks ago. The excuse given was that the materials were against the house. That was not true. This Wednesday, today, we put two yard waste bags put placing them in front of our recycling and trash bins. They are (present tense because the bags were not taken) clearly visible. In fact, the recycling personnel had to reach around the waste bags to retrieve the bin to empty. Why the awful service the past few weeks?? Our adjacent neighbor, who is caring for an ailing spouse, did not have hers picked up either. Granted hers is not totally visible. But it is in a spot where their bags usually have been placed. Please resume the fine service you offered until six weeks ago.
Sent email indicating that the bag needs to be at the street for collection.
