Other: I have been told by universal logistics air cargo who is supposed to be slipping a puppy to me that my puppy is being held in Bloomington In that I must pay$300 for a permit I think this isa scam but I want to verify whether or not you have a 9week old Yorkie that belongs to me Janet Hale if so I would like to make arrangements to get her I feel this is a scam so you need to know people are out there using your town for there theft I am already out $650 please get back with me as soon as possible Thank you Janet Hale Barnett MO

You are correct. This is a scam. A fairly common one associated with purchasing animals on-line.
