Parking patrols the lot daily, cars out of the space will be given a warning letting them know to stay within their space. As for City plated vehicles parking in the lot, these vehicles are part of their jobs, and they are allowed to park there. On the subject of the public charging their devices in the lot, the City has no issue with this, if we see them parked in a space, we direct them to the plaza, or another areas away from vehicle parking. Thank you for sharing your concerns.
