Other: Right in the middle of the intersection of 7th/Grant is a metal plate that is damaged and dangerous. It is not as big as a sewer manhole or even a water-meter cover. It is about 7" in diameter and appears to have been painted bright blue, but the entire center of the plate is missing, leaving a hole that one could step into and twist an ankle or a small animal could fall in there and not be able to escape. We called the City Streets department about this awhile back and made a verbal report, but nothing has been done about this. That was probably a month ago.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 5 days have already passed.
This was a water valve cover that had been broken. Thank you for reporting this issue. We replaced it today (7/10)
