Other: We are wondering if the E/W stretch of concrete between 707 N. Lincoln and 711 N. Lincoln is an alley (public thoroughfare) or a driveway (private property). If the former, the resident/tenant at 707 has blocked passage through it with stones and a basketball court. We have assumed for a long time that this is actually an alley and would like to be able to walk down this stretch, but if it is indeed private property we would like that made clear so that we not trespass.
Our records indicated that the alley was vacated and is part of the 707 N Lincoln plat.
Hey Kyle - Can you take a look at this alley when you are out to see if there is an encroachment issue.
Based on the surrounding plat maps, it lists the area as a 12' alleyway. This would be Right-of-Way correct?
Based on GIS records, the concrete area is not shown as private property or right of way and listed as "null".
