Other: Green Acres neighborhood entrance at 3rd st was blocked on Friday with no warning to residents. There was no notice to folks living in Green Acres that the 3rd access at Hillsdale would be shutoff. This is unacceptable. If there are construction projects ongoing, there needs to be appropriate communication to residents of these projects.

This may have been due to the resurfacing of 3rd St between Overhill and Eagleson. The contractor did have electronic message boards up prior to work starting. The project is near being finished now. There are a few pavement markings to be applied but this will not close any intersections down. Thank you
