Other: Campers in park area between clear creek and the rail trail. Campers often have a fire going and the fire department has been called. An assault occurred at the camp with a police report. Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Yelling can frequently be heard all hours of the day by neighboring residences. Beacon has been contacted and is unable to reach out at this time. There is a noticeable decrease of people hiking this part of the park and a decrease in wild birds in the area.
This has been reported and BPD is working with private property owner on trespass notice.
