Other: An anonymous person reported a cat stuck in a storm drain at Brookside and Ridgeview on the Lost Pets page. We have encouraged them to report it immediately but I wanted to follow up and report it as well, since the matter appears urgent due to the duration of entrapment and weather conditions. I also thought that this might be a multidisciplinary solution type of situation! Thank you so much.
