Other: Hello, The bike lane on N College is covered in gravel and debris. Under the rail bridge north of 12th St, I am forced to bike in the far right lane of traffic due to the debris. I understand that there is a project on this area, and I sincerely hope that protected bike lanes are installed to create less stressful trips downtown.
