Other: For two weeks now, the only dumpster at Town and Country, managed by Distinct Management, has been stuffed and overflowing. The only time in those two weeks that the trash has been removed was this Monday, and even then the debris surrounding the dumpster had been left to sit and rot. Cones had been placed to tell people to not put trash in front of the dumpster, and the signs were worn down in just a couple of days. Now the cones have been moved away and trash is now blocking the even the dumpster from being able to be emptied by the trash companies. This trash pile-up is attracting a large amount of pests and is making it hard for us to dispose of the waste in our own homes.
