City Performance:

Other: Frequently see that other departments close reports from constituents, but anything higher level related to administration, questions about policies approved, etc. do not get the same treatment. Are these staff members being held to the same level of responsibility regarding responsiveness? Constituents would like their reports and inquiries responded to. Thanks
