Other: Please help local merchants and do something about all the people that have stolen shopping carts all over town. I counted 6 at seminary park alone the other day!!! Contact the police department and give them direction to help address this problem and hold the people stealing shopping carts accountable! From what I’ve heard, the police are currently instructed to not address this issues. The city has an obligation to its (tax paying) citizens to uphold the law!

Police are never told to not enforce the law. Reports of theft or other crimes should be directed to the Police department.
