Given the status as a rental, I think that this may be the only avenue to request the property owner repair the pavement on the private property. Could you ask Legal and other HAND staff their thoughts on the issue? I'm not sure if we have any way to force pavement repairs.

Given the status as a rental, I think that this may be the only avenue to request the property owner repair the pavement on the private property. Could you ask Legal and other HAND staff their thoughts on the issue? I'm not sure if we have any way to force pavement repairs.

P&T can work to address the dumpster enclosure per title 20 standards. Staff will proceed with the notice of violation process. Bumping this back to you for the inquiry regarding the pavement.
