Other: We live in Southern Indiana. My daughter moved to Carmel last year, so Bloomington is a good middle point to meet. She charges her Tessla at Fresh Thyme off of 3rd Street and we see numerous homeless people coming out of the woods and standing on street corners to the point where she doesn't feel safe charging her car there. On Sunday we went downtown to eat and encountered homeless people yelling on the street corners. The 9 y/o we had with us got an education we hadn't planned on him having! In the 2 hours we were in Bloomington, we encountered 15 homeless people! Hopefully, the city is taking steps to help their homeless population.
Complaint noted. Bloomington has long been a compassionate community with social services.
