City Performance:

Other: Tic 184936 was closed saying the standard “they monitor the area and….” Also said they return shopping carts to stores but I have seen the exact same people for weeks with the exact same shopping carts. Just because they have their stuff in them doesn’t mean they are theirs. Staff needs to have them remove their stuff and return carts. Walked b-line downtown yesterday and saw 6-8 shopping carts with stuff in them.

Thank you for your report. We patrol the B-line and surrounding areas on a daily basis, and if they are doing something illegal they will be asked to leave. If you witness a crime it should be reported to the Police Department.
