Other: Despite the dozens of complaints I have seen on this platform the city continues to allow the homeless to utilize shopping carts that they have stolen to tote their crap all over town. Let this picture be proof that the city needs to finally take action! (Behind ace pawn on 2nd street next to our lovely city adorned seminary park)
