Other: Seminary park has several shopping carts there that have been stolen by the homeless. Can’t they be returned to their rightful owner bc they set fire to them again?!?!

Thanks. Our staff typically do return carts to businesses when identifiable after cleaning up abandoned items in Parks. They will do so again next time they review the park.
