Other: Hello we are having a serious problem with our neighbor across the street leaving their down off leash , as well as not putting their dog on a runner lead. Which stops the dog from going into other people yards. Our dog has almost gotten hurt because their dog runs into our yard and she gets tangled up on her leash and it has caused her to cry in pain . Last night when we asked our neighbors to come get their dog so we can bring our dog out to go the bathroom we were ignored and they refused to get their dog . This is escalated to almost a physical altercation. I will like to file a complaint and have someone come out because this is against the law and I don’t want anyone to get hurt .
This incident is currently outside of the City limits of Bloomington. Please notify the Monroe County Animal Management Officers of the issue at 812-349-2585.
