Other: Referring to case #183807 (May 14, 2023): Query the status of the orange safety barrier on S High Street near the intersection of High and E Wimbleton, which has been there for ages and is an eyesore. Maybe it is time to remind Duke Energy that they are supposed to do the work they need to do, so that the barrier finally can be removed.
