Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. I would love to talk to someone about the issue and what we can do to have the areas patched. John Skolak 2711 E Rock Creek Ct Bloomington , 47401
