Other: Failed asphalt in multiple areas of the Oliver and Ramble Road W stormdrains were noted with stormdrain grate clearing. How can this loose road material be reclaimed and reused and can trashbags be provided for the adopt a stormdrain for yard waste and added to trash bins.

Does the Street Department have any ability to take the broken-up asphalt as described by the uReporter? The Adopt-a-Drain program does not have the ability to pick up deteriorated asphalt. Thank you!
