Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Paved surface changes soon after walking west on the Moore’s Pike sidewalk in front of Cedarhurst. The path narrows and is almost impassable due to plant overgrowth. This continues down to the big intersection of Moore’s Pike and College Mall/Sare Road. The strips of land on either side of the walkway are overgrown and need mowing very badly. Who is responsible for that?
