Other: Homeless people of seminary park have stolen 4-5 shopping carts and have their crap in them. Please send police to deal with these people, issue tickets and return shopping carts to the local merchants. Thanks!

Thank you. We frequently clean the park and when there are abandoned shopping carts or similar items left we will make efforts to return them to their businesses.
