Staff are being provided training on how to route and respond to uReports. Please understand that there has been significant turnover in the Mayor's office and we have lost much of the institutional knowledge required to properly handle these reports. I have shared concerns with OOTM staff that we need to do a better job with the reports and they agree and have made it a priority.
