Other: Not sure what category this falls under, and not clear who owns the property (private or RR.) Can the City cleanup garbage dumps that were created by vagrants, or at least enforce that attention be paid to them? There are syringes, etc. lying in the woods close to a main thoroughfare. Some drunk could wander in there at night and be injured.
