The project managers, Richard Heroux and Jerrod Gabriel, from AEG have been in contact with Teresa and concerned residents about the damages. Communication started on 9/20/2023 where AEG began investigations into the damages. After AEG looked into the matter, they determined it was not from their crews and this was explained to the residents on 9/26/2023. The contractor has not received a response back after that. At this time, the matter is believed to be resolved, however, if there is further concern, then it is encouraged to call the Engineering Department (812) 349-3913 or AEG's project managers (517) 302-1270 about the issue.
