Other: At what point does the city of Bloomington try to address the homelessness issue that is making areas of Bloomington disgusting, unsafe and unusable. Money spent on parks and the b-line wasted because it’s just parking spots for shopping carts and users going through withdrawal. Pleasant neighborhoods now frequently dealing with derelict arguments. Feeling safe at night around most of Bloomington is quickly becoming a thing of the past. It’s very disheartening to see such a nice, fun town being dragged down due to the inability of those in charge to fix issues everyone can see and everyone is impacted by. Do better Bloomington.
