Other: This stretch of South Oakdale Drive continues to be a constant dumping ground for litter. I myself have gone out to pick up litter on a multitude of occasions, yet despite my efforts, litter is persistently left. This is terrible to look at as you have to take this road in and out of the apartment complex. I am not entirely sure what can be done, but I do believe this to be within city jurisdiction.
