Other: Trash in yard overflowing into street. Camper parked across street narrowing an already narrow street. With the addition of all the junk spilling out of the yard it makes it impassable. Had to backdoor the street into alley to turn around which is dangerous because of cars turning into Driscoll from walnut.
Trailer removed will address the accumulation of trash
Looks to be primarily the trash from the yard that is causing the issue.
