Other: Two trash bins and a recycle were in front of my house blocking the sidewalk this morning (Wednesday). The bins are not mine. I moved them in front of 717 S. Park because I'm guessing that they belong there, but I'm not sure. The residents left town Sunday, our pickup day was Monday.
