Other: LOCATED AT 212 N SHEFFIELD DR IN PARK RIDGE EAST. This neighbor continuously has pans of food on the ground. Sometimes it is birdseed, but it is currently cat food and has also been cheetoh balls. Walking by, we have witnessed many animals, other than birds and most often NOT birds, eating out of these pans. So many deer, groundhogs, raccoons, skunks, cats. I am not looking for someone to necessarily get a fine, but I do know they’re aware of the deer feeding ordinance, but they have continued to do so so more education seems necessary about the harmful effects of this practice. There are pans in the front of the yard and also around back behind their garden. The dead grass all over the yard makes it a parent how much feeding has occurred over the years.
