Other: A large storm inlet on the east side of S Sare road is blocked with debris. This inlet is ~30ft south of the intersection of Sare and Spicewood ln and is located between the public path and a private fence. It is near where the retaining wall / green chain link fence starts. This is not a street level inlet.
