Other: Why is the stop light at St Rt 46 and St Rt 446 on flashing red during rush hour times in late afternoon and evening? Been through there several times in the past few days in late afternoon and evening and it has been flashing red for all directions. Creates long lines on both east and west bound 46. Tonight I saw 2 motorcycles coming from the east on 46 who went into the left hand turn, didn't stop and continued on straight west on 46. The line of traffic on the east bound 46 backed up to the gas station at the top of the hill. Doesn't make any sense to be flashing red.
