Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: The storm grate in the 300 block of 7th street is broken and the structural integrity of the drain appears to be somewhat compromised. The concreate around the drain is severely damaged. This is a fairly new drain so I'm a bit surprised that it has broken so quickly.
