Biking & Walking:

Other: I understand It’s legal to park in a minor street, but where? In front of vehicle owners property or in front of the immediate neighbor’s property? The later do create a easy assess to neighbor’s property, because people drove by might think it’s this vehicle owner’s property. I have been bothered by my neighbor for quite a time and everyone tell me it’s legal, nothing they can do. So the threatening is always there, if I have a mental break down, who’s responsibility is? The neighbor or the city? Life is so hard.

The streets in Bloomington are public streets, anyone can drive or park in a legal space. The only restrictions is if the space is posted no parking, or other special ordinance stated parking regulations. Home owners do not have private spaces along their property line, although it may seem inconsiderate, others are allowed to park there.
