Other: Thanks for RayeAnn’s reply. I understand the street regulation completely, so do my neighbor. That is why he’s using this regulation to do illegal things. By legally park close to my property, he just walk over to take my mail without permission, sit in his pickup truck staking on me, threatening me. Any legal action for me to take to against this harassment caused by legal parking on public street?
