Mitchell, I had originally said that the street light at Allendale and Dunstan was not a city light or a Duke light and was the responsibility of the adjacent homeowner. I checked again and it is now showing up on Dukes map. It looks like it was reported last night and takes 3-5 business days for repairs. I apologize for the confusion!
