Based on the location submitted I'm not sure if this was in parks, but it looks like you were near Waldron, Hill, and Buskirk Park so it may have been there. Our custodial staff regularly check and clean parks but of course sometimes items are missed or are left between our custodial visits. Thank you for the report as we do keep track of needles.
