Other: There is an alley directly next to my window that is blocked off immediately after my window. I feel extremely unsafe as there are people, homeless or not, doing drugs and being loud at night. I have contacted my landlord about moving the gate to allow my window to be on the blocked off side but they said it was it was an emergency exit so they could not do anything. I have seen men passed out, stumbling in this alley and feel very passionately about it being blocked off. Please, is there anything you guys can do to make my bedroom feel safer at night.

This issue does not have a Code component that the City can enforce.
