Utilities Construction:

Other: Substantial disregard for property keeps occurring with whoever is laying fiber on E. Morningside. Water main burst at 4021 E. Morningside Drive. CBU dug up my yard to do repair. Please confirm that will be fixed by CBU via spring planting season for grass, etc.? The fiber team, if you can provide me contact information for a complaint if possible, was driving their truck through my yard today again including over areas CBU dug, causing significant depressions. When called out when I went out front a few minutes ago, they asked "What damage?" before I had to point it out and they said they would fix. A truck remains driving back and forth in my front yard at present. I am tempted to call the police. They are beyond any sort of easement, which they are abusing to begin with. This is getting ridiculous.

As AEG were the ones to cause the water break at 4021 E Morningside Dr, they will be the ones to come back in the Spring to ensure the grass grows. Richard Heroux would also be the contact for you to discuss the concerns with the crews driving on your property. His contact is (517) 302-1270. As for the movement into your yard, they have access to the Right-of-Way in front of your property that extends past the sidewalk on Morningside Dr. Your plat map for your property would give you the exact measurements for how far this is and to where the line of trespassing would be. A surveyor would be able to tell you for certain where it is as well. If they have crossed this line, they have trespassed and you can pursue damages from AEG in that case. I apologize for the disruption and frustration this has caused.
