Other: Hi, with seasonal lighting on the square, this tree on the SW corner of Kirkwood and Walnut has broken branches tangled up with the wire from the lights. Its all over the tree, not just the one seen dangling in the photo. I assume this is a city tree and not CFC. It seems hazardous and will be unsightly when lit up. Thank you, Brad
