Valid complaint. Sent letter to owner requesting complaint with BMC 17.16 for unsafe structures
Other: I'm unsure of the proper office to contact; however, there is a vacant property at 610 N. Park Ridge Rd. in the Park Ridge East neighborhood. I believe the man who was living there died about 1 year ago. A tree had fallen on the house and after about a month or so, was removed. The house still has a hole in the roof with a tarp over it, a car in the driveway that is rusting, and is deteriorating overall. Another neighbor - probably the owner of the house at the end of the cul de sac of Wiltshire Court - has been parking 2 vehicles in the grass off the road of the vacant house. That same neighbor appears to have multiple vehicles parked in the cul de sac of Wiltshire Ct. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

Assigning to HAND as Parking has ticketed improperly parked/stored vehicles. They will continue to monitor.
This property has had the water meter turned off since April of 2023. A Hand inspector will drive by to make an assessment soon. John H
Reopening so HAND can make notes on the condition of the house.
Sending a Parking Officer to investigate and ticket if necessary
This will likely involve both the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (for investigation of abandoned/unsafe property), and the Parking Services Division of Public Works for investigating the situation with the vehicles. I'll coordinate with both, and ask that they update notes in the system for this case.
