Other: It is 7:30 AM and there is a crew using a jackhammer directly outside my window. Can they... not do that outside business hours? Some of us work late and would like to sleep. Thanks.

Repairing utilities and infrastructure can, at times, need to occur during all hours of the day. For activities like this, they are allowed by City code from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. without permit.
