Other: Tenant complaint: there is a white sedan parked on the street that is partially obstructing the driveway such that I won't be able to get my car out. Luckily, I am not in a huge rush, but I will need to be able to leave with my car a little later this afternoon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Leaving a note on the windshield has not seemed to work.
