Other: Hello- Car blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd Sts 12/8/23 6:12pm. MO plate: BH9 A8U I'd add in this case: on the right of the picture you can see a car getting ready to pull out of a parking spot. Because I had to go around this vehicle then re-join the bike lane, I was nearly hit by the car pulling out, as they couldn't see me due to this vehicle blocking the bike lane. This is just one of the reasons I continue to document and send these to you; it's not just annoying, it is also unsafe. Thanks again
