Drainage or Runoff:

Other: On the street, across from the house at 1490 E. Southdowns and close to the intersecting street of Eagelson, there is a visible and continuous stream of water that appears to be originating beneath the blacktop surface of the street. I first noticed it on a walk at about 4:30 pm today(12-10-23). When I returned home after 20 minutes, the water stream was still at the same level/amount as I initially observed. The water is draining directly into a storm sewer. I’m wondering if there is a water main break?
