closed: Can't Fix #186486

Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: A black dog has been wandering loose around the Lion's Club on Rockport Rd. We live across the street and have a black puppy who is learning a GPS collar system. I'm always out with her. But there is an older large black dog that I've seen for several days now just wandering alone.
